How do I open a question in members centre?

I am still trying to  make sense of the email about interleaving and have got through on the phone but its a clear as mud!  I need to see the answer in writing but can't find how to ask a question.
I think the website is very unclear.

Go to portal.plus.net
Click Help and Support (top right)
Click Ask A Question (in the middle)
Choose the option that best suits your needs (in this case I'd go for Interleaving)
Read the text which tells you what interleaving is and if it doesn't answer your question, ask your question and click Submit.

The link is here https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=wizard&page=22232&wizard_id=38
I got there by the following route
Help and Support
Ask a question
Interleaving (bottom left under my broadband connection)
Edit - as David said

Thank you all.  Someone else has put the question in for me so I will ignore the email as I was told on the phone. It is a bit worrying to receive an email like that.

Re: How do I open a question in members centre?

Alternatively perhaps I can answer it here
Assumption - you have just requested a move to one of the new products and received this email
Quote
Dear Mr
Account username:
We have asked our wholesale broadband suppliers to turn interleaving off at your request.
The stability of your service may suffer as a result of turning interleaving off. If you have problems and want to turn interleaving back on, you will need to use the Broadband Fault Checker at our website - http://faults.plus.net/
Interleaving usually takes 24 hours to turn off, but can take up to 5 days to take effect.

Kind regards,
Plusnet Customer Support
In which case just ignore it as it isn't happening. The automatic process is generating these spurious emails

Thanks Oldjim,  You have explained it much clearer than I got on the phone.
