How do I get line rental saver

I have renewed my broadband contract and I want add line rental saver. I cannot for the life of me find out how to do this. It sounds like a really simple thing to be able to do but I'm getting nowhere. Is there a link or something I have to find?

Further to @jab1 ‘s post be aware that due to limitations with Plusnet’s systems you cannot automatically take out LRS in the same month after you’ve updated your contract.

Ooops, forgot to mention that, @Baldrick1 . Should have remembered the fun I had trying to get mine renewed under the same circumstances, but I did succeed, but only because I obviously spoke to a couple of agents who had obviously been around a while and could bypass the automatic locks - somehow.
