How do I get a dynamic I.P. Address ?

I'm on fibre but I don't know how to get a new IP, I have tried rebooting the router but my IP stays the same, can anyone advise please ?

Is it a Static IP you're after (where your IP address always remains the same) or an IP that changes, dynamic as you've mentioned?
Is there a specific reason you wanted a new IP address?
