How do I change my package option?

I have been looking, but I can't see where I can change my package option.  At the moment I’m on option 4 and I’d like to change to Option 3.  There’s very little difference between the two that will affect me.  Is there any reason why I should be still on option 4?
The only one I could find mentions free telephone minutes, but I think that’s the wrong one for me because I don’t have my phone line with Plusnet, I’m still with BT.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks.

I've been there.  That's the one that mentions free telephone usage.  I don't want to sign up for telephone as well as broadband.

Re: How do I change my package option?

@Jessica
All the BBYW products, with the exception of option 1, include minutes for Broadband Phone (including the one you're currently on).  Broadband Phone is VoIP (i.e. using your internet connection) and is independent of your BT phone line.  It's up to you whether or not you add Broadband Phone to your account (which you can do via "Phone Calls" in the Member Centre).
Edit: typo

Thanks Guys,
Thanks for it making it clear.  I didn’t understand.
I found that page.  I’m just wondering if I should change or not.  Anyone like to help me decide?

Re: How do I change my package option?

As I understand it very few people are on Option 4.  I would definitely switch to Option 3.
I could be wrong, and often am!!

Re: How do I change my package option?

Hiya,
We don't sell Option 4 anymore, becuase we increased the usage allowances on the other products and barely anyone was using it.
It's no longer available for signups or upgrades.

Re: How do I change my package option?

So, should I switch or not?  You say not many people using it.  How many?
I hate making decisions that I may regret later; and as Option 4 is no longer available, I won’t be able to change back.  Undecided

Re: How do I change my package option?

Unless I'm vastly mistaken, you shouldn't be able to change to Opion 4 via the portal anyway?

Re: How do I change my package option?

Sorry, I've misread this Smiley
Jessica - It's cheaper to go to option 3 and prepay for additional usage if you need the full 40GB.
If you're not using the full 40GB, then you're going to be saving even more money, especially if we're talking about under 30GB a month.  We can still change you back to Option 4 if you do want to go back, but I doubt you will Smiley

Jessica:
I'm pretty certain you would be better off on Option 3 as James has inferred.

Re: How do I change my package option?

Thanks for the input.  My usage in May was 13.63GB, June 7.54GB and July 13.21GB.  It isn’t really worth me being on 40GB per month.
I think I will change.
Cheers,
Jessica
