Dave spotted this the other day. It's quite interesting:

For Plusnet, it suggests that out of 69 tests, 10 were seen to be shaped, which is interesting. Bittorrent traffic is in our lower priority queues, so will be shaped to give lower priority to other traffic if your line (or our platform) is maxed. Many of our older packages, and the Essentials package include rate limits on Bittorrent as well, so we'd definitely see some shaping on the results.
Based on that, I'm taking this as a positive view of how we're handling capacity.
