How Long to get BT Line checked ????

Its now 11 days since my Force 9 tracker went to 'Checking Your Line' - how long should it take and who can i ask

I presume you are waiting for your broadband to be activated. If so, raise a ticket as it may have stalled.

It's completed, and I've activated your account, so you can get online with your broadband hardware.
