Hello.
After a lot of time on hold with Plusnet, we finally got an email today to say that our internet had been moved to our new address, and should be working.
No such luck. I've plugged the router in with the ADSL filter, but it's not finding anything.
Any thoughts? Anyone experienced similar? Or do I have to join the 45 hold queue to get another appointment they can miss?
Thanks,
Mike

It's happened to me. I feel your pain!
There was crosstalk and all sorts. BT finally came out to have a look but and fixed. They didn't explain why I had to wait a month and rely on 3G. So we went over the mobile bill and PN didn't pay that since it was their fault. We were refunded downtime but was not enough to cover phone bill.
Shortly after, I moved to BT as they are reliable.
I wouldn't get your hopes to high on this home move since my home move was a stressful time!!
