House move - lost router?

Yesterday we had a house move, and we seem to have lost our router box in the process - slightly worried as we're being connected to the phone and Internet this Thursday coming and don't want the engineer to have a wasted trip should we not be able to find the router in time. What do I do?

P.S we have signed on for a completely new contract at the new address, rather than continuing old one.

Give PN a ring as soon as you can, they should be able to send you a new router.

However, unless it's a new line, it's unlikely that an engineer will call at your new home.

Thanks ever so much for your advice - and yes it's a year old new build (which hasn't been lived in until yesterday).

In that case, unless it's already pre-wired for phones, try and get him to install the master socket close to the TV - more and more entertainment devices need internet access these days.
