Currently and for some time now my exchange has 1 VP serving almost 300 customers, needless to say the VP is extremely HOT and between the hours of 4pm and 2am, I have download/upload speed of 0.01 and ping around 2000. I also know that all 300 customer's are suffering. (The service I am receiving is slower than a standard mobile signal)
My question is: (I have an open fault atm)
What needs to be done to sort this out?
I have read that 1 VP is rated for 100 customer's, so BT are overloading their exchange making all 300 customers suffer absolutely useless BBand, just to save money on having to upgrade... many people in our community are quite elderly and thus not PC/Tech literate and are always fobbed off when reporting slow speeds, in-turn the root cause of the fault is brushed under the carpet.
I however will not idly stand by while this
[Censored] continues, and turn to some of the more experienced folk on these forums in the hope to bring at least some light to the dark dark table our community sits at.
