Homehub 5 with Plusnet

Sorry if this has been answered before but I haven't been on here since I left PN. I'm currently on BT Infinity unlimited and recently bought a HH5. My BT contracr is up in July - if I change to PN will I still be able to use the HH5 - I'm not keen to go back to a 2 box solution, so if I have to go back to using a separate mode and router I'm not signing up.

plusnet don't offer a "wires only" install though, so i would assume that no matter what you'd still end up with an OR modem as part of the install.
