Home move progress

Hi

I am supposed to be having a sim provide at my new address today (8/4) ticket 122618711 details.

Should I be worried that the line is still active with the previous owners number?

The orders can technically take up to midnight to complete so I wouldn't worry about it.

Oh dear. I was right to be worried... Nothing has happened. We still have the last owners line...

Very annoying - especially as I booked the move 2 weeks in advance and we had a "committed" date from BTOR...

All active now - fantastic... 

 

Just checking though, the estimated speed for out line was between 11 and 17 Mbps. We're only getting 7Mbps...

I'm glad to hear that you're online.

 

With regards to speeds they can take up to roughly the first 10 days for those to settle down so please let us know if there's still an issue after that period of time has passed.
