Not sure if this is the right forum,but here goes.....
Had a dual phone/bb new premises order due to complete today,but after getting on the phone to PN,apparently the BB order went through,but the phone did not.
Was told if it happens,it`s usually the BB that fails to complete,so i guess i`m different.
Question being,how long does situations like this take to rectify?

Hi there,
It's looking from the ordering system that the order completed yesterday at about half past 5, guessing that's not the case? If not sorry about that, we'll need to check on what's happened before we can advise how long it'll be but I'd hope not long.
