Home internet slowed down a lot yesterday...

... and now although all the lights are green, google page take ages to load and then fails a quarter of the way. Called twice yesterday and got asked to change channels - don't think this is making any difference.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing poor speeds and that changing the channels hasn't resolved this problem.

Is this issue purely affecting wireless connections or do you experience poor speeds over wired connections too?
