Hi PlusNetters can any reps help
This ticket has been waiting a reply for days can you confirm or deny whether my fibre visit is defiantly booked for today?

Yesterday he meant tomorrow which is now today; but today he means today, unless you are reading this post tomorrow when he meant yesterday.

Well quins engineer has been (groan) was supposed to have a new line and Internet all I have is inernet with no voice when I queried it he said I'm only Internet engineer and left any ideals please help

Sorry to hear you don't have a dial tone. Sad The orders have completed so we now have to raise a fault.
I've tested the line and Openreach require further testing to be carried out before they can advise an estimated resolution time. I've therefore raised it to Openreach and they will now investigate further and our Faults team will continue to monitor for updates and update you on Ticket: 88661312.
