According to the link BT Openzone isn't available to Plusnet customers.
What makes you think that?, it is available, but it is not free you have to pay for it.

Thats a worry as I may need to use Openzone in 3 weeks time. Can I ask which BT Openzone you were usingwhen you saw the message. The reason that I ask is BT may have cause confusion with BT Openzone and BTFON Openzone. The former PN users should be able to access the latter can only be accessed by participants of the FON community.
the only inconsistancey I have seen is that it is not currently available for F9 and Free-online, when going from the member centre, but not mentioned in Help and support
