Hitting my data cap but why

Do you at 11GB data left, slow my broadband connection so Friggin slow it takes me 1 hour 20 minutes to get logged in here to complain!.
Every month now after the email saying 'Your near your limit' bla bla you do this, my daughter CRIES it goes that frigging slow, CRIES! for god sake.
I would not mind if 1GB was left but 11GB is a joke, I am at 49GB out of 60GB.
So with 8 days until i am reset back to 0, Do you think this is normal?.

That's odd! Are you on Plusnet Extra or some older account type?

We don't slow you down until you hit 60GB on that product, are you sure it's not due to a connection fault?
