Historical Broadband usage

How do I get the our historical broadband usage for the last 3 years.

I have recently taken over as the volunteer IT manager for  charitable
heritage railways and would like plot the network resource usage from our EPOS system.

We don't keep usage data for any more than 3 months I'm afraid.
