Hinder SPAM at Source

Much has been said and much effort has gone into 'filtering' incomming email for SPAM.
What is PN doing though to try and make SPAM generation more difficult from its network. (I presume that PN customers are just a likely to be unwitting Botnet hosts as any others?)
The Messaging Anti-Abuse Working Group  has just re-iterated its advice for ISP's to block Port 25 for outgoing traffic from dynamic address space as being the most effective way to hinder Botnets. It has also recommended ways for ISP's to share data on their dynamic IP address space through, for example the Spamhaus PBL, and other such lists, and through a rDNS host naming convention.
Is PN on board with best practice in these respects?

I don't think that the first thread you quote is the same question at all..

However, would the Mods please lock this thread in favour of the earlier thread on this subject.
