Highspeed broadband

On T.V.  " Unlimited Fibre Optic for £.3-75 a month rising to £14-99 after 6 months. Having been with them for many years I must be honoured as I've just been offered " the absolute best deal available to me for £17-99 "  What price loyalty ! ! !

Re: Highspeed broadband

If you put your details in here http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/ what does it say in the top right about Market
There are two products presently available http://www.plus.net/home-broadband/fibre/
Unlimited Fibre with a speed cap of 40 Mbps and that is what the advert is referring to
Unlimited Fibre  Extra with speeds up to 80Mbps

Re: Highspeed broadband

Additionally, is your phone with Plusnet or another provider?

Re: Highspeed broadband

It would appear that I am in a market 1 area,  I asked for the 40/20 package and I am with Pluscom for telephone also.  Perhaps the T.V.advert needs to  be  amended to say  "in limited areas only "

Re: Highspeed broadband

Pluscom? Is this Plusnet? Also, adverts do show Market1/2/3 or low cost areas when I've seen them Smiley
