Higher than normal SNR margin after a line fault.

Hi.
We had a serious line fault a couple of weeks ago which resulted in our broadband going up and down rapidly for several days followed by no line at all (phone or broadband) for several days.  This has been fixed now - about 4 days ago, but my SNR margin is now 12db with a sync speed of 1600.  Normally it would be 6db with a sync speed of 20xx.  Will this correct itself or does someone from Plusnet now need to go in and adjust the SNR margin for me?
The throughput is therefore rubbish at the moment and its very frustrating.
Regards

As the line seems a lot steadier now (i.e you've had a 2 day connection) we're happy to request an SNR reset. You should hopefully see the effects of that shortly.
