I'm unsure whether my recent request to have my upload speed uncapped is related to this or not (see
http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,118409.0.html) but I thought I'd mention it just in case, because as midnight hit my upload speed became uncapped as requested however whether coincidentally or not I suddenly started to experience high pings in games, where I'm usually playing on 30-50 ping I now have a constant 180-200 ping for the past 2 hours+, which when pinging through cmd shows many request timeouts aswell
