High ping when gaming, Plusnet problem

Whole weekend i've been getting extremely high latency/spikes. I did a tracert to the game server and here it is.  lo0-central4.pcl-ag02.plus.net [195.166.130.88] seems to be the problem any help to why this is ? Also speedtest to stockholm where the game servers are look normal but tracert shows otherwise.

The service outage on Friday left our platform unbalanced, meaning that we had a lot of customers connected through one half of our platform.  If you were on that half, it's likely you'll have seen some speed issues.
