High latency / packet loss over the last few days
Dear all,
Has anyone been experiencing high latency and packet loss over the last few days? I’m finding websites are slow to be displayed and ping times in games to be 100+
I’ve looked at the service status on the main plus.net site and saw there was an announcement on 11/10/2007 @ 16:59 in regards to ADSL Platform Performance.
Have followed the help topics available with no resolve (Restarted my router and network switch, tested internet connection on different PC hardware, disconnected other devices / computers that could be eating the connection etc).
Have completed various tracerts to www.plus.net - this included restarting my router a few times to allow internet packets to go throught a different plusnet gateway:

As you can see some of the hops report back some high latency times. Ive completed a large number of tracerts, all of which have ping spikes.
