I had several tickets with you regarding high latency, and you managed to solve it in the end - I think by altering my line's SNR values, or some other settings.
You then turned off interleaving speedily at my request a few weeks ago and my line was great, low pings to game servers, low latency overall (unless downloading/stressing the line etc).
But now the constant high latency is back... it doesn't affect web browsing but I get ridiculously high pings (e.g. 400-900) to UK servers, google.com, etc.
Can you please look at my line's settings again?
I would set up a fault but it takes forever for you to reply there and I find the forum staff are much faster.
