High Average Ping

Heya,

Had an issue with ping spikes after moving into my new place about 5-6 months ago, thought I might be experiencing a similar issue, but it looks like it's a consistent high ping.

My average has jumped from 25-40ms up to 80-250ms - can I get a reset on my line to see if that sorts it?

You could do with posting your router stats.

Hi there.

I've tested your line today and I'm not finding any definitive issues with the broadband signal coming into your router.

The signal to noise ratio does appear to be moving around a bit, at this stage I'm not confident that this needs resetting.

Could you first check for any noise on your phone line by plugging a handset into your telephone socket?
