Hi ping rate

Hi could someone look into my connection please. It has been absolutely fine since I joined 2 months ago but for the past 2 days the ping has been really high, sometimes up to 1900 ms. I have tried rebooting the router but has made no difference. Router is plugged straight into a prefiltered master socket with no phone extensions.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your ping rate.

Can you provide a traceroute with nothing running in the background to the server you're having issues with?
