To any plusnet staff
                                      same Issue as last monday and tuesday after 5pm will not connect to ANY GAME SERVER AGAIN internet crawling GEEZ  what do u have to do to get things back to normal iam scunnered to death with this substandered service was fine for almost 4 days now back to this rubbish.....Finnigan

                          This is the gateway iam on ptw-ag01, All was fine earlier today till around 5pm like last monday now its bk to this not happy at all with this service....Finnigan

Try a gateway hop, I've had problems with ptw-ag01 today. I normally get 51mb, but on this gateway i get 170kb/s -2mb

Disconnect, wait about 1minute and connect again.

Only just setup a TBB graph, I'll monitor it as i gateway hopped a lot tonight

Did hopping gateways resolve the issue?

Yeah, we think we've had a problem with PTW-AG01 since Friday evening.    We're investigating.
