Hi, i've recently joined plusnet and got my activation for the 19th july i even got a txt message at 09.03 this morning saying my broadband was ready, well i've been trying all day to get it up and running i tried all the trouble shooting even done a factory reset on the router and still the dam red light won't turn green....I need help badly before i give up the will to live here....

Hello there and welcome to the forums. Having looked into your account, your fibre order completed yesterday afternoon, however your account didn't activate automatically until late in the evening. I can see that a connection has been established at about midnight, so you should be back online. Apologies for the inconvenience caused by the delay.
