Help!!

Hi Fellow Plusnetters,
Cut to the chase, My wife turned off the router about a week ago when we turned it back on it wouldn't boot up (its the technicolor White one)
the wireless light stayed red and we couldn't connect it was late so i left it till i got home from work the next day to sort it.
I had to stick a pin in the back and reset it ...it boot up perfect and everything is fine BUT my SNR seems to be stuck on 9 and not dropping back to 6
Which means i sync at 4800 and not 5800 as before ,
Can someone at pulsnet's end manually reset it for me ?Huh

I've processed a reset for you now.
Give it 5 to 10 minutes and you should see a difference.
