Help with broadband order

Hello,
I received the following message on the 17th November:
"There's been a problem progressing your broadband order.
We'll get some more information on the problem and update this ticket with details as soon as we have them.
[internal note]
Order has been cancelled. Please check Install Diary and resubmit order once issue is resolved."
I head nothing from Plusnet since then. Is there anyone here who can give me and update on my order?

I have exactly the same with my order. I have since had an email saying I go live today but my order tracker still says there is a problem.
Very Frustrating!

something's just happened as my order tracker now looks a lot more green and positive, also just had email saying my broadband is up and running! Guess I'll find out tonight when I get home from work!!
