Help with Interleaving

I was reading the help and support part of PlusNet and read up on interleaving, it mentions it's on by default when you start your service, a drawback though is high pings, which I have noticed whilst online gaming. It's around the 80 mark. Would someone from PlusNet please turn interleaving off on my service? Thanks.

Hi there,
I've just raised an order with our suppliers to disable interleaving for you. This is due to complete tomorrow morning so please make sure that you restart your router after 9AM.
