Help setting up Windows Homeserver 2011 remote access on Technicolor Router

Had all this working fine before the recent outage and having to run setup wizard on router.
I seem to remember having to set up port forwarding and a new game or application or something on a couple of ports but can't for the life of me remember how to do it! Any pointers very welcome.

Have set the attached from some info I found and it works again but have I left myself exposed?
