Help only getting a 3rd of the speed now!

My connecetion has had a 78mb sync since i joined plusnet just over 2 weeks ago, got up this morning and now the BTw checker says that my IP profile is 25mb, i have had an issue with my line which Plusnet kindly got an OR man to come and fix but this was not until right near the end of my training period, will this have affected my final speed?
Is there any thing you guys can do to get me back up to the good speeds?
Also could you post my radius chart please.
I used to get 20mb on adsl having tasted 77mb on FTTC thats where i want to be now not the 25mb i have woken up to today.

Hi droffy,
I've had a look over your connection and it now looks like you're back upto the high 70Mb/s mark, for some reason you had a low sync speed prior to that causing you the lower speeds.
Let me know how you go.

Thanks Chris,
i rebooted my OR modem and the sync came back at full speed.
Is there any any chance you could post my radius chart please just want to see if the work OR did last week has helped my drop problem as i had a few yesterday.

There's certainly been less drops....
