I moved house a week ago, same phone number. Openreach came promptly and installed lines, I plugged in my router and phone and ... no problem. However after 5 days my broadband stopped connecting to the internet. I didn't do anything, but on Saturday morning it stopped working. Orange light on, red "no internet" light on. I have rebooted and then reset the router, I have changed the cable, I even managed to borrow a spare Plusnet router and cable from someone with same result "can't connect to the internet". Unfortunately I don't have reliable 4G at home, so have to drive out to access online support which isn't helpful, and can't get through to PlusNet by phone. In my ignorance I'd say it's a problem outside the house (cables are underground) so at the cabinet or exchange. Any suggestions?
