Router arrived today. Broadband said to be active. Phone line working. Have tried any and all devices in the house and cannot get connected to the internet. Have tried and retried all physical and digital connections and troubleshooting. Laptop now says DNS server isn't responding. I have had to use my mobile hotspot all day to work. Help! Any ideas?

I'm really sorry to see your broadband stopped working. From what I can see you phoned us and we arranged an engineer who got you up and running today. Is all okay now?

Hello there, yes, it appears that actually the service hadn't fully activated yet and it was overnight last night that it changed from BT to Plusnet internet. The engineer was great too.
