Help getting my normal speed back - IP profile problem?

The speed of my broadband has dropped from 3Mb to 2 Mb. According to the BT Wholesale test my IP profile is 2.09 Mbps so I assume that is what is limiting my speed. I'm attaching test results that show my IP profile over the last couple of years. What can be done to reset the IP profile? Thanks

No replies from the forum after a couple of days so I tried reporting the problem online but got stuck when I was asked to swap my router. Online chat with Plusnet unavailable. Ended up sitting in a phone queue for 15 minutes but then spoke to a very helpful lady who checked out my line and reset things for a higher speed. Good. I wish I had braved the long phone queue first!
