Surely PN have sent you your user details when you joined. Then just use the Asus set up wizard using a PPPoE connection using your "username@plusdsl.net" & your PN supplied password.

Re: Help conection settings ASUS RT-N66U FTTC

I've had nothing at all what so ever from them. The only thing that's been close is the turning off if my current BT line. Thank god for a 4G back up with EE via a dongle!!
This username is that mine or as you typed it.
Password is going too be from them I guess.
Tried calling them but advised of a 20 min wait I wasn't happy.

Your username and password are the same ones as you use to login to the Plusnet Member Centre

Called them as still no luck or mail. Spoke to an English lad called [removed] who got it all working there and then.
Top service

Re: Help conection settings ASUS RT-N66U FTTC

Quick update, everything all working fine still, no drops at all. Line speed was all over the place for 24 hours and set my 24TB TPB server off on max settings and the line has been solid with a 40/10 speed and no drops at all. Ping sits very low around 4ms (BT was 30)
