Help cancelling my sons broadband account

HELP, My son had a broadband account for his student digs which is now out of contract but he can't get through to you. he has asked me to sort and I have access to his account details but I cant cancel online and you are not open today ( Sunday) and I am off to Athens for work tomorrow..

Please tell me how I can cancel this account. it is paid up to date and we don't want to pay any more.

HELP please.

Just give them a call, they are open 8 - 8 7 days a week.
