Hi all,
My sister is on PlusNet as well (see for a little background http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,65658.msg527746.html#msg527746)
I got a text last night from her saying that her broadband wasn't working but all the lights were on the router, think it's a Linksys.
Texted back with the PlusNet phone number to see if they could help.
She rang today and was told everything was fine with her line and could be a wireless issue. However her desktop is wired to the router.
So I'm guess it could be a router issue or maybe a filter issue, 2 problems are
1) I'm 150 miles away and I can't get up there
2) She's confined to a wheelchair so can't get down to the master socket and I don't think there is anyone else that she can call on at the moment.
So.. does anyone from PlusNet fancy a 30 mile drive to Leeds to help out
or is there anything in the router logs that might be of help or any other suggestions?
Thanks in advance

Mods can you remove or lock this please? Been on the phone with my sister and we have got it going, after a reset of the defaults on the router..
