I suspect it will be out of warranty (if it's older than 12 months) and PN will only provide a new one if you recontract.
Quickest solution may be to order a new ADSL router from amazon, especially if you have prime.

I’ve only had it for one month - so I hope it’s not out of warrantee.
If I purchase a new modem and plug it in will I still be able to connect to my plusnet network? Sorry - have not done this before, have never had an issue with a modem provided.
