Help! Our broadband keeps dropping out when it rains

Hi

Our broadband keeps dropping out when it rains. I can see from other posts that Plusnet can identify where the problem may lie and perhaps send an engineer. Please can someone look into it? It's becoming a real issue with working from home and the lovely British summer weather!

No as couldn't see this option anywhere, will try now - it claims I don't have an account so no!

Your PN account has the same credentials as you broadband login (so don't  change them as your BB will drop out until you put in the new password !

The forum  (here) is totally different, the user name and password are your choices.
