Help! Is there something wrong with my connection/speed?

Hi there, trying to download a virus program off the internet, but its not doing it.  It is saying "unable to download connection with the server was reset".  Overall, I feel the download/upload speeds have been a bit slower recently.  Any issues going on the moment that would affect it?

Did that continue or are your speeds back to normal. Bear in mind that download speeds will differ depending on where you're downloading from. Where were you getting it from?
