Help! Internet not working!

It was working earlier went out for a jog came back and it stopped working. I reset the modem and router now no green light for Internet everything else is green. On router page I get error Concentrator not reachable.
I'm typing this from my phone so please PlusNet call me or fix please!

I was on pcl-ag04 and the Internet PPP session stopped working at 1010 approx. Despite attempts to gateway hop there was no authentication.
I managed to reconnect at 1040 approx. Now on pcl-ag06.
Edit: Can't find anything on major service outages.

It's ok now I unplugged the router and plugged it back and and it's working again.
Shame the ping keeps going from 3ms to 10ms and then stays on 10ms I rather have 3ms 😞

Are you on ADSL or Fibre? If on ADSL unplugging the modem/router is not the best idea. Whichever, you are better logging in to the (modem)/router and clicking Disconnect for the Internet PPP(oA) session, waiting about 30 seconds and then clicking Connect.
From the pings, I'm guessing you are on Fibre.

Thanks for the Service Status about pcl-ag04.
When someone has a moment, it would be nice to know why one seemed to be still connected and couldn't get anywhere including couldn't ping the Gateway by IP address, and subsequent attempts to Gateway hop failed until about 1040? TIA.

I had a simler thing happen today aswell around the same times but can't tell you what gateway i was conneted to.
