Andy, that's precisely why PN is one of the best ISP's. They may have been unlucky with a few problems recently, and with any company that takes on new staff, some staff in CSC will not always get it right. But the Comms team here usually bend over backwards to try and resolve any problems.
(Although you were having a bit of a bad experience, the Feedback forum wasn't the most appropriate place to raise this in the first instance, there are some proposed changes to the structure of the forum which should make it easier for us customers to be sure of the best board to post on).
Hopefully you won't have any further problems, but you are welcome to ask if you ever have any queries and there are usually plenty of customers and often PN staff around to help out.
