Starting to seriously lose faith in plusnet, ticket is 2 days old and had no response from any staff, if this keeps up ill be sure to cancel and file a complaint.
Your turn around time/SLA shows 4hrs of an answer time on questions, current up to 8hrs. My ticket is now 48hrs old and all I have had is automated responses.

Can you give us a list of the sites you can't resolve and trace routes to them.

I Have ran trace routes and added them to the new ticket i had to opened.
Nslookup displays this:
Server: cdns01.plus.net
Address: 212.159.13.49
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: micorsoft.com.Underworld.com
Address: 66.114.124.140
websites i have issues with are Microsoft, megavideo, and speedtest.net - I have only found these 3 but im sure there wil be more
After running that nslookup i noticed its added underworld.com to the end of the address which i have no idea how or where its pulling that from as its my SSID is underworld

Is this a copy of the result, because you have not spelt microsoft correctly there?

Could possibly be MTU settings. Microsoft has been known to be affected by MTU settings. Have a look here for some further information.

I have no issue with any of the sites you mention and yet all the trace routes you have shown us that fail, also fail for me. This like I say is normal and beyond PN's control.
