Just wanted to say hello to all on forum, ive just signed up for fibre/ anytime calls, looking forward to speeds of 52mbps down, and 13mbps up, big increase from my current 3.3mbps, hopefully install etc will go ok, one question what router do Plusnet ship out to customers?.

Welcome & I'm sure everything will go OK. The router is the Technicolor 582n which has fibre firmware. There are various threads on here about its performance. I personally found the wirelss speeds to be very low & I treated myself to an Asus RT-N56U dual band. I think that the majority of users get on OK with the 582n.
