Heads up - Broadband Your Way billing error

Have just received my plusnet bill for next month and the included data charge has been billed twice.

I honestly can't see any reason why this has happened.
I'll get a problem raised to our finance team so we can make sure that this hasn't happened to anyone else.
I've discounted your next invoice by £1.  I'm very sorry that this happened in the first place.

My broadband usage figures seem a bit strange too.
Last month's paid for usage finished at 3.7G but it was only 1.4G a week ago.
Not sure how it suddenly shot up.
Also this month is showing off peak usage as  -2428.74KB  !?

Yes, that does sound a little strange.
Did the daily figures tally, or was it just the total that didn't seem to add up?

The other totals seemed OK.  It was just the off peak total that seemed bizzare!
