Having problems with wifi connection

 Having problems with wifi connection and broadband, had a fault on phone line which is now fixed but broadband is still shocking. Been going on for a few weeks now and don't know where to go next to sort it. Sick of being on hold to tech help for 45 mins at a time . Not in contract now so looking at changing maybe, but don't want to sign up to anything if its not going to sort the problem.

Is it just wifi dropping, or is your router dropping broadband connection too; does your wired connection behave OK?

Have you tried changing wifi channel; yours may be in conflict with neighbour's router?

I can see that your line was disconnecting fairly frequently, however since Wednesday it's been a lot more stable. Did anything change at that point?
