Having a lot of disconnections

Not really sure what's going on, but in the last 24hrs I seem to be having a lot of disconnections.
I had my netgear router plugged in, but changed over too the Technicolor TG582n plusnet router
to see if it was a problem router wise, but the same thing is happening still. I wondered if anyone
could look into this for me please.
dsl connection stats if needed.

Re: Having a lot of disconnections

I am getting the same issue, I have had the reboot the router 10 times in around 60 mins. I am on a fibre optic connection. The problem seems to be worse while gaming. (The Elder Scrolls Online)

Re: Having a lot of disconnections

This is still going on, answers please. Also, you report a fault call back is not calling back.
Funny how this starts happening with 15 days before contract renewal.
