I was accidentally disconnected from my previous ADSL provider prior to Plusnet activation (due to BT Openreach communication issues). I have an activation date from Plusnet of 31st of December but already have sync on the line. Could Plusnet activate my line early? I understand this may not work and I will be billed from the earlier activation date but as I work from home, I am willing to try anything to get my internet connection back up and running!

As it is Christmas and the community forum is not the official haunt of the PN guys & gals......................yes they are regulars hereabouts but maybe try phoning to see if you can get a customer care PN person on the case. No harm I would have thought doing a belt & braces approach so should PN person look in here they can maybe check progress for you

You may need to reboot your router for it to connect the first time after I've activated assuming the work is done (fingers crossed).
